Yellow Tang

Can you guys help me determine what my Tang has going on here? I've had him for 7 years since he was a juvenile. What is this?

Sorry to hear. Looks to me like a head and lateral line erosion. has anything changed in your tank/water?

Not really. Only real change is I added a raccoon butterfly to eliminate my hundreds of majano anemones. Which he did but now it seems there's something going on because other fish seems to have now an inch outbreak.

Kind of looks like he had been scraping his skin off for some reason....I'm guessing the butterfly fish had some infections and ich on him that is now showing

Could also be a food (vitamin) issue. Try feed him lots of Nori and some krill/shrimp.
