Yellow Watchman Goby - A tank jumper?

Is the Yellow Watchman Goby - "Cryptocentrus cinctus" a tank jumper?

do they jump out of tanks?

I have not had a problem with them jumping out of the tank, but I have had them go over the overflow and end up in the sump on before. If stressed they seem to wander, if content they stay in one place.
