What do I feed this guy and how...he hides most the time under a rock

You can feed him many things. Mysis shrimp, forumula 1 & 2, most things soaked in selcon, etc.

My YWG has burrowed a cave under a rock and stays there most of the time, it's normal. When feeding the rest of the tank (mysis, krill, brine, pellets, etc), he'll take notice and catch the bits the come close to his cave.

I had one in my tank for several months and NEVER saw him. I would walk in the room and POOF it would be gone. I added a citron clown gobie and he seems to feel "safer". Now is out and about more often and I can actually walk up to the tank with him staying out in the open. The clown gobie was the only thing that changed.
