Yellow Watchman

Just added him to my nano tank about a week ago. I'm surprised to find he is an active swimmer unlike my other gobies who, stay around the sand. I wasn't quick enough to get a great shot, but in the last one you can see him facing his evil twin.

that's funny.... I rarely ever see mine.
I put him in the tank and he paired up with my pistol shrimp, and now I see him maybe once a week.....

Phunckie...I hear ya. Mine rarely came out when I first got him but he would at least come out during feeding time. But once I got my six line wrasse, he hardly comes out anymore. I just hope he's eating enough.

Cool! I also had one with a pistol shrimp and rarely ever saw either one of them. However, I was constantly aware of their burrowing...

Every morning when I get up, all of the sand is rearranged.....

I just took my pistol shrimp out of the tank. I have 4 different shrimp gobies in the tank and none paired with it. I really think it was the wrong kind of pistol the lfs wasn't so sure. Especially since the yellow watchman wanted nothing to do with it. I caught my pistol shrimp totally decimate one of my pom po crabs so i decided it was time to go. Once i got rid of the pistol, the yw took over his burrow as his own. What name pistol shrimp should i look for to go with these guys?
