yellow watchman

I asked about this watchman back in early February. He still has the growth on his fin. He looks healthy and eats good. The growth has grown. I have since added a scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp with no luck. I have a picture hopefully someone will have a clue. Not the best picture but all my camera will do. Thanks for all the help. Linda
