Yellow worm

I have a yellowish worm that is about 2 inches long. We don't see it that often as he lives in the rocks. Does anyone know what it is and should I worry?

We tried to get a picture of him but it doesn't stay out very long to get one. It looks like a water bug (thousand legger) you see in your house but yellow.

They call it a harmless/helpful medusa worm of the genus Timarete or Loimia
