Yellow wrasse

There are some pale spots on my yellow wrasses skin and I was just wondering if this is due to his being under the sand at night. He also scratches from time to time on rocks.

Do you have a picture? It could be ich. It could just be random discoloration.

I also notice some 'off color' areas that come and go on my canary wrasse... been going on since I got the fish a year ago. She is very active so I think it's from her scratching her self on rocks or sand while hunting, or some nips from my clown fish pair whenever she gets too close to their lair

Not sure how to post a pic. He sometimes will get the clowns upset and pick at him when he gets to nosy. Not overly concerned nor is it ick.
