I have a yellow tang that I have had since July of last year. All has been going well with it untill a few days ago. I noticed that it had not looked as fat as it always did. I gave it a good look over and found that its upper lip was missing and the teeth are showing. It looks like it is giving me a huge grin. Only problem is, it wont eat. Not for lack of trying though. When I feed it, it tryes to eat and goes through the motions but never quite gets the food in its mouth. I have been feeding it several kinds of dried seaweed every day. It would always eat just about anything I would feed to my other fish, like krill, mysis, brine, clams, even chopped garlic and vita-chem soaked seaweed. It has always ate anything and everything. I feel so sorry for it, and I don't know how to help it. It is not that it does not want to eat, it tryes, for some reason it just can't eat. Any help or suggestions would be great.
