Yet Another Frag Swap Update

Well we had our club meeting today and we think we have things starting to fall into place.

We have spoken with the right people at Chattanooga State and we believe we have the room for August the 11th. All the details should be back to us Tomorrow, they weren't sure if we qualified for free, discounted rate, or full price. Please check back for final plans soon.

I'd like to have one person from the knoxville group that I could communicate via phone to help make the planning and organization easier. I think that would be the easiest if you agree please send me a PM with a number of whom I can work with.

Starting to feel good about this finally. Finding a room was starting to get stressful.

Did you play up the whole frag *trading* side of the swap? I hope so...might help us get a cheaper rate!

You can communicate with me, Randy, Matt, or any of us really. I think the three of us have decided to try to help out in a major way, but I am sure there are others who want to help out a lot too (hopefully they will speak up).

Yea the goal is after vacations and before classes start back.

Bryan(ironman) played a huge role with this... He took the last couple years fliers with FREE all over them, which from what he said they noticed and commented on.

They are suppose to call him back with the final verdict tomorrow, but I think full price was only $300 anyways, but I might be wrong as there pricing structure is confusing.
