yet another great customer service thread

I have to say I am a fan of Avast products. They are reasonably priced and work well. What puts them ahead of the rest is the customer service. I had some issues with modifying their skimmer. Justin responded to all my e-mails through the weekend and helped me to fix all of my mistakes! I now have a peg-leg skimmer in recirc mode that is skimming like crazy. Once again thanks Justin for the support and your patience.

I would have to agree with original post. I am vp of operations over 200 plus customer service reps and so far there has been two great companies I've dealt with in saltwater industry. Avast marine and apollo led. It takes a lot to impress me anymore since my standards are already high regarding customer service, but Jeremy with avast has been fantastic. He responds quickly to emails, answers any question, regardles of how simple or comples, and goes above to make sure customer is satisfied. I will make sure I take the time to post experience on their products, but bc of service, I am already happy and looking forward to their great products. I purchased cs1, swabbie, and dj locker.
