Yet... another recommendation on SKIMMER

I know this question has been asked a thousand times, but I'm ready to upgrade my Coral superskimmer to a REAL skimmer. I'm not looking for the best. But rather the best value.

I can spend up to $400 or so approx. What would you suggest? The DT is 150g. I plan on have the aquarium heavily stocked with fish so I know I'll need a better skimmer.

I have an ASM G-4 on my 150 and love it . A lot depends on how much room you have and what dimensions your sump is. I built my stand after I bought my skimmer.

Octopus NW200 or one of the extremes if you can put a little more into it. I'm sure there are plenty of deals in the for sale threads also

Yes, I definetly have that issue as well. I plan on getting a new sump where I can maximize the space underneath. Where did you buy the ASM?

I got mine at marine depot ,The other thing I like about them is there a lot of simple mods you can do to one to make it work better
