Sice moving to Kansas City about 2-3 months ago I have been looking for a good LFS to call my own. One would think being in a larger city that OKC there would possibly be better LFS. However that is NOT the case for KC 
there are only 2 LFS within a 30drive that sell SW fish, and there is another one 45-1hour away that also sells SW fish. HOWEVER, even after being up here as long as I have I still get treated horribly by the ppl that work the stores. All three stores have no customer service skills at all!!!!!! The last fish I bought I almost had the get the net myself and get the fish, i waitind an hour PLUS before anyone had time to talk to me, and this happened at more than one store, also this was around 11am when no one else was in the store but me! And when you do get someone, they are hacked off they are having to work and are extremely unknowlegeable about the fish they are selling!!!! It's like being in Petco all over again!!! And don't get me even started on the prices of fish up here, it's ridiculous!!!!!!! 45 bucks for a perc clown juvi!!!!!!!! That's the going rate just about everywhere up here!!
So I just wanted to remind everyone how lucky you all are in having so many great LFS that all are happy to see you and will usually wait on you hand and foot to make the sell! and also are all knowlegeable about what they sell!!!!!
