Has anyone actually returned a fish to a store within the 24 hr period due to either death of the fish or sickness? How did they take it, would you recommend it?
have the fish seperate from your test water. Otherwise they will say your levels are off. Most places won't replace your fish unless they test your water first. Fresh water out of your tank is best (right before you leave).
I was with my friend when he got a replacement for a blue tang that died within 24hrs at Seaside. Not sure if its policy but they did it for us. They did ask us to bring a sample of the tank water but I dont think the tested it at all.
