Young Astrea snail in my tank

Yesterday I saw a small Astrea snail on the back wall of the tank. A little smaller than a dime. I was really surprised because these snails broadcast spawn into the water and don't lay eggs to the rock like my other snails. I've had 8 Astreas in the tank since I set it up two years ago and it looks like I have 9 now.

Has anyone else seen any young appear from unexpected sources, such as astreas, turbos, shrimp or even coral?

When I was running my online coral business I had 20 sun corals in a 20 H for a month. Did you know they come in redish orange, yellow, black and every shade in between? After they were all shipped and gone I went to clean the tank a few months later and there were several small sun coral polyps growing on my filter equipment and rocks.

I have also had frogspawns and hammer corals come back from the dead (but never dried) skeletons.

I had a couple of baby turbo snails appear, but they may have been hitchhikers.
