I've got a flagfin angel who is my pride and joy, I absolutely love this fish. He was returned to the LFS by someone who couldn't take care of him any more and was in sorry shape when I picked him up. He was skinny, had something wrong with his left eye and showed the beginning of HLLE. I bought him for a great price and was warned that these guys have a dismal record of survival, but he was just so pretty I had to try. It's been five months now and he's doing really well. He's fattened up, the wounds in his head are long gone, and he's decidedly king of his tank

Here's Midas...

He loves seaweed - in fact, most mornings I wake up to find him pacing beside the magfloat waiting for his breakfast.

My favourite thing about him is that he's never shown any agression, but he's tough enough to keep these little terrors in line.

LargeAngels - those are GORGEOUS!! Seems not many of us are keeping flagfins. Maybe they're just not that available; I've never seen another one for sale, I'm SO glad I got mine when I did.
