Nice start! How much flow is going on in there? I see a koralia, and I think thats an overflow box which means a return pump but I can't see. My concern is that the high structure of rocks is going to become a home to lots of dead spots in between and in turn you will have high phosphate (Po4) and Nitrates (No3).

Maybe giving us a little more input like size of the tank what your running for pump and lights would help us better give you info. Are you running a skimmer? And by the look of it your going for a softies tank not a sps right? Just trying to help.

For me the rock tower in the middle of the tank is troublesome. It will give you problems on flow and also looks like an avalanche waiting to happen. The other note is that the sailfin tang needs a bigger tank. I would probably try to go with less rock in the display if I were you.

believe it or not all the rocks are actually sturdy, so lots of people say more rock the better for filtration and some say to remove rock, im actually having to much flow i have to play around with the main return and the wave makers because they stir up my sand alot

I think the issue is the center of the rock tower that won't get enough flow due to the outside rock blocking it. That's where stuff can build up and cause issues. If it's sturdy and you like it, just keep a close eye on your parameters and call it good.

nothing a gyre cant fix...... I take back my comment because I own vortex and really wont know if a gyre would fix a flow problem like what everyone else is saying
