Your opinions please

I finally got my new camera Thursday and got to play around with it last night. Was messing with some of the settings and came up with this picture.

It was shot in one of the scene modes so everything was automatically adjusted in the camera. All I did was crop it a little bit.

This is what the settings were:

Canon G9 on auto

Shutter speed: 1/80
Aperture value: 3.2
Exposure compensation: 0
ISO Speed: 250
Focal Length: 14.8 mm


Would love to hear some opinions/suggestions. Also some good sites on where to read up on things such as ISO speed and stuff like that so I actually know what it is!
