Slow way way way down, set up the tank, get some nice live rock in there, (as much as you can afford) and let it sit with nothing in it for a month. In that months time you can do all sorts of research on these fish and what would be the best for your 55G.
Personally, in a 55, depending on your filtration system, I'd only want one of the mentioned fish in there. Have you seen even the smaller triggers full grown? 9"-10" easy, so try to picture that swimming around in your tank, and how much room would be left for others. (not much) Good luck, and just take it slow, the fish aren't going anywhere.
And fwiw, I'm not trying to discourage you here. Have fun with it, one of my favorite parts of the hobby is learning.
