I found a few reviews in different forums, one guy bought dry goods from them and everything was fine, yelp only has one review its a 1 star with a comment about slow to respond and non existent customer service. Scam advisor lists them as 69% safe. another site a guy said he bought a fish and they didn't ship it within 3 days, he got his money back but was disappointed by the slow response. It looks like they are a brick and mortar shop that has just recently ventured into selling online. I would give them a call at the number listed on the site and make a judgment call based on how they handle you as a customer over the phone.

Dont use those guys for your CUC.
Go with ReefCleaners. They offer free shipping and service that is a cut above.
I would honestly steer clear of that site all together. Shipping is not free, they are just jacking their prices up and claiming "free shipping"

Had an experience and thought I would share since there isn't much on this company.
Saw a blue Gig from these guys so I ordered it. It arrived DOA, so I immediately contacted the number listed on their site. They asked the condition it arrived and agreed that it was DOA and issued me a store credit for the price I paid.
They then asked what I was looking for and offered a much larger but more common colored bright neon green Haddoni for the price I paid for the smaller blue gig. I was just looking for a healthy carpet at the time so I agreed. They explained to me how a Haddoni was easier to care for and a much better shipper than the Gigs.
They took the time to send me pictures of the exact anemone they would send. Once it arrived it was shrunken and not sticky. Fearing the worst I put it in a QT tank and let it rest. The next morning it was HUGE and stickiness was back. It was just stressed from shipping. The anemone is now in my display tank and is close to 15-16".
Over all I had a great experience with them even though there was a DOA. They handled it very well and in the end gave me a nicer anemone that fit what I was looking for. I will be ordering from them again.

A blue gig is worth a lot more than a green haddoni, even if it's a lot bigger. I'm glad you like it, but I don't think it's a compelling reason to buy from this place. They should've gotten you another blue gig.
I would not order carpets from this place. Most of the prices are high. The photo of the green gig looks like a haddoni. The WYSIWYG photo of the blue gig shows it expelling zoox and there's no price. And then there's this...
