afternoon everyone,
Im currently setting up a 120G, 40G sump, and im wondering if anyone would seed their system while using the zeovit system?
I have been curing all my rock for about 2 months now so, by the time I put it in there will not be anything left living on them. Most tell me I will need to seed my rock once the system is being cycled, I am wondering whether to do this at all?
I do not want pests, so im a bit reluctant about it. Also, with the zeovit system I will not be using a refugium, so not pods down below. My understanding is that pods break down fish waste etc that is beneficial, but the zeovit system brings all nutrients in the tank (waste etc) down to zero.
so, this is my question: with the zeovit system is there a point to seeding my dry (and lifeless) rock for the purpose of adding pods that break down waste when it appears the zeovit system will already solve nutrient problems brought about by waste?
thanks in advance eh!!!
