I don't trust those checkers they average 1 or 2 ppm accuracy. I don't think that it is saying anything meaningfull .
And you tested the NO3 with a color chart.
I don't think you have a issue at all.
try testing the same vile of water mutiple times and it will give you all kinds of readings.

So supportive reply specially with me almost feeling desperate when seeing acros browning or Rtned and die. Just take out 2 pity creature that is recent victims of this sadden high nutrient .

I have been looking for salifert potassium test kits here and they told me it is out of stocks , I think even when I travel last November to USA , I don't see either that anyone has it there. Sadly I don't have monti cap .

Yes, I know it's still too premature for me to say I am stable with zeovit since I just starting for almost 3 months now.

I have 2 kessil A 360 and 4 Ati t5 bulb (2 aquablue plus and 2 purple plus).

My zeovit reactor runs maximum at 250 liters per hour because I have a DIY reactor from my old Nitrate reactor with Sicce 2.0 pump. I add 1 liters KZ brand zeolites .

I have 3 pumps head : MP40, RW 25 and Seio 1000

I check the KH of my mixed salt at 8.6 dkh (Red sea blue bucket salt) I think I will change to tropic Marine as I heard its KH is 7.2 to 7.7 dkh. I wish to maintain low KH .

You have a lot of light over your tank. Have you checked the par? Do they rtn from base or tips? Check for pest?

I had a similar po4 issue when trying zeovit, I used some gfo to get it down to recommended levels. After fighting stn and bouncing nutrients and pricey blue bottles i gave up on it.

Zeovit does not recommend the use of gfo when using their full system. GFO should be tapered off and removed completely. Switching over to zeovit from an already established system with high nutrients will take a bit longer.

How much more blue bottles to consume before it really give me ULNS?

Last night I mixed new salt using my remaining Red Sea Blue bucket, I was surprised that the freshly mixed salt water holding in the container of my AWC gave me a no3 - 0.5 ppm and Po4 -0.09 ppm. I have a record of my RODI with po4 of 0.04 ppm but why I am getting No3 from a freshly mixed salt ? Will it be the AWC container previously holding the NSW causing this raise of nutrient ? If so , then should I have to wash my AWC holding container all over again before adding new mixed salt water or just let it be and let the zeovit bacteria to handle it when it enter my system?

Anyone has this experiences ?

I don't know what par value I have as I still can not locate anyone to rent me theirs Par meter.

Corals usually start brown then there is sometime like a mucus thread or single strand hair algae like things attached and flowing freely while attached to one end of the corals tip.

Recent two of the corals Stned may be due to nutrients suddenly went up because I clean the overflows by scrapping and release some ammonia perhaps

My RODI give zero Tds.

I know their recommendation but if your PO4 is creeping up and you are STNing you kind of have no choice. That is my problem with the system, anytime you are out of whack they just recommend doing whats in the the guide (which is vague at best) dose this much start and this much stones and wait. This is why I dumped it, alot of money with out the results I was looking for.

try to cut back on the sponge powder and zeofood a little maybe 2 times a week or less and check how corals respond

As reported earlier , due to my scrapping of overflow that may release some nutrients and causing No3 to went up to 2.5 ppm and Po4 from 0.04 to 0.26 ppm, it's already a week till now but the level still not dropping .

I wonder how fast will zeobak reduce no3 and po4? Considering I just change my zeolites so may be this will further prolong the time before no3 and po4 back to zero?
