Zero Edge build, need advice on parts

Helo there,
My name Rick, I live in the Daytona Beach area of Florida,
I have had a RFT about four years prior. It was never set up right, got it on ebay, It was up and running at the time, I piece mealed it for three years, then gave up. I what to it right this time.
This is my plane. A 46 Zero Edge with a 55g sump. I have a large closet behind were the tank will go, that gives me lots of space.
SPS, LPS Softs and 3 or 4
Things I'm asking.

Refugium? Should I?
Cal. Reactor?
What is the best external pump, how many GPH should I need.

i would do a eheim return pump. yes refugium! external pump, best are reeflo but there smallest would be overkill, unless ur gonna tee it off to feed other reactors and stuff. i would do about 400 gph through the sump. i have a 75 with a dart return and am getting about 1000 gph and i wish i would have went smaller and did a closed loop with the dart.

thanks for the help, I might be loosing intrest in the Zero edge, thinking rimless safirer 50 or 60 cube. thing is, i don't want to see any power heads and there cords coming out the back, trying for a very clean look.
What is a closed loop mean,
