What is everyones thoughts?

I was thinking about the ZT6600A, since it is apex ready. anyone still using them or was it just a fad?

Yeah the zetlight ran farmer out of the hobby lol. No I'm sure farmer got tired of the over exaggerated prices due to some cartoon figure name. Farmer isn't totally out, he has his special tank hid for his special zoas :facepalm: or he sold that with out me seeing it

I have had mine for about three years now (not the Apex version), and love it. Corals grow great, good coverage and can't beat the cost IMO. I have also had the Qmaven Series over a cube with awesome color and a cool look. The Fan did go out on me but they replaced the fan under warranty.

Got out because of the stupid prices.
Had a zetlight it wasn't bad favored the blues on the ecotech light more.

koodie doo. not to dig this up but i was doing a search on zetlights and this thread came up.. did you end up going with them? Right now I'm using ocean revives but looking for something that is a little easier on the pocketbook than radions

I looked at the kessils but honestly i like the shimmer they give in the tank but not in the whole room.

I have the OR t247. I'm not very familiar with the zetlights. just heard of them today. I was just looking for something that could be controlled with an apex.

So far that's my only complaint about the OR T247...lack of apex compatibility. However, I figure for the amount of money I paid for them, they're still worth it.

That and the inability to link 2 together. I reset the clocks about once a month. Towards the end of the month I start to get the sunrise/sunset effect lol

I guess I lucked out. Mine will do that eventually, but it seems to take quite a while before I notice it. Don't get me wrong, I would like to upgrade eventually, but lights are pretty far down the list.
