I have recently setup a 10g tank and I was wondering if my lighting would be enough for them ( I have 2x18w n.o. fixtures, 1-power glo, and 1-marine glo/actinic). my total wattage is 30. Would this be ok?

A 55 watt or 65 watt PC would probably be enough, but still on the low end. There is also a 96 watt Power Quad that would fit nicely on a 10 gallon.

The 50/50 bulb should be a nice balance of white and actinic. The bulb should be changed probably every 6-12 months for best results. I would get the extra bulb for sure at half price and the mounting legs as well. The legs will help keep the heat down.

i'll have to do some reaserch on lighting for the 10g but i now that i only have exactly 22.5 inches from left to right and four inchs above the tank. I built my stand 2 months ago not thinking of putting a lot of lighting on it. i'll post some pics tonight of the stand, tank, zoas and lights when i get home.

it's been awhile but i have some how forgotten on how to up load my photos to my gallery so i can show my zoas and tank

ok, sorry for that last post but apparently you can't be logged into 2 computers and still be able to upload pics. anyway here's my pics of my zoa and tank. let me know what yall think and if yall think i'll be able to get the 96w quad in the top of the 10g. its been set up for about 3 to 4 months now and the zoas have been in there for about a week
