Zoa eating nudibranchs

Cancer Sucks
Will the person with the zoa-eating nudibranchs PM me? I would like to get a few to clean out my zoas. Equally acceptable would be sundial snails. :)

Lol, I wish it were that easy. I would have to remove half my rocks (along with half my SPS). The zoas are throughout the reef, deep in the crevices, and places I can barely see through cracks. Manual removal is impossible.

Maybe its time to put a beautiful soft-coral munching angel in to the tank. :) I can't believe that you can't get zoanthid eating nudibranchs when you are trying. Are you shifting to SPS only?

Hey Tiff, are there angels that only eat soft corals and don't nip SPS?
As for shifting to SPS, it's been that way since I went to the 180. The only soft things that are left are all those zoas, some problem GSP, and my soccer ball size colony of xenia. :)

I have only heard of regal angels wiping out zoos real quick, and that they may only occasionally nip at SPS. I imagine it is hit or miss, fish specific. They would probably hit LPS and clams too.

Maybe post in Jay's thread here http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1081393

He has a variety of angels and I know he has some knowledge of what corals they love to munch. I imagine it is a safer bet to go with the sundial snails.

I know the feeling. Took a long time to get rid of GSP's even left a rock out all winter in a 5 gal bucket, temps got down to low 20's and they survived. They kill SPS too.
