Do they look green or bluish in the center in real life? They look very similar to Magicians/Happy PEs if the center is bluish. They look kind of green in the photo.
I'll try post a better pic later, the center looks exactly like the yellow of post-it notes, and you don't really see that darker rim this pic is showing before the skirt.
