Hey guys,

I have this zoa in my tank and I traded with a friend recently. He asked me the name and I do not recall what it was when I got them or if they even had a name.

Anyone happen to know if there is a proper name for them? They have peach centers with purple and bright orange skirts. Very bright.

Thanks

I guess since no one has posted that they are probably just wild caught zoas.

They are by far the brightest color zoas I have in my tank maybe I will give em a name :)

It's easier just to report and ask for it to be moved. ;)

Those are Fire and Ice zoa! This picture of mine are under actinic lighting.

Hey thanks Oceansempire for the response. I actually have Fire and Ice zoas which I have had for 5 years now. They look pretty different.

The real fire and ice is blue with orange skirts and this one is very purple. The fire and ice also does not seem to have Bright peach colored centers like this.

Very possible just a wild caught Morf of fire and ice.

Both are under the same lighting and same tank, but in person they do not look like they could be considered the same zoa.

Thanks again.

Fire and ice very finicky on color. I have had them a long and they have had a lot of different looks. I finally got my water dialed in and they colored up nice after a few months.
