So i think the first one is a pod that just happens to be pod hanging out, and not something need to worry about??? Or does it need to die in a dip fire?

But the second, im not so sure. Hydroid Jellys? Maybe??

I have a 24inch monitor and can't fit those pictures in it. Lol the polyps are bigger than my head. Can you resize it down a bit?

ANNNNNND a short video. You can see "tentacles" kinda blowing in the current, which is what made me think it might be hydroids of some kind. They can also be knocked off the polyps with a toothbrush.

Those little bugs you have circled are Munnid isopods, harmless IME. I'm not really seeing the "hydroid jellies" you were talking about though. Maybe the link below will help.

It almost looks like you've got nudibranchs, spiders, and pox. I'd definitely dip the colony and any colonies near it.

Check Other Zoanthids in the Tank (I would Dip all of them).
