zoa locations

ok this is something ive always been a little curious about. do you know where your zoa's came from ? what region ? what side of the island ? reason being is i came across a old post i made that came from Dr Mac. so curious as to see if you know where certain morphs came from. would love to try and put a list together. figure with some of the names used we might be able to find where they origanally came from and give us a idea towards needs and ect. please no guessing really after hard facts

Most of the zoas and Paly's are aquacultured in grow out tanks. Sometimes you will get generic info where a colony comes from, Vietnam, Phillipines, Caribbean, but nothing definitive and more informative than that. Occasionally you will get info like deep water zoas that require lower light, but very limited.
