Zoa or Paly

I was told by my LFS this is a Zoa, but then someone else told me it is a Paly.
What does this forum think they are?

Palys and zoas are basically the same so they are usually grouped together. Palys, correct me if I'm wrong mostly just are bigger and have longer skirts
