Zoa pics - tide pools in Maui

I was in Maui a couple weeks ago and always do some tide pool hopin' so I thought I'd share the pics I took.

Its crazy that these guys grow in anywhere from 2" of water to 12" in these tidepools. Thats a crazy amount of light from the sun.

Man that's cool. I was in Maui and snorkled a lot and only saw a lot of lps. Didn't see any zoas. What part of Maui did you take those?
 
really cool. The oranges and greens are amazing. I always love to see pics of zoas in the wild. Here's some caribbean palys in the florida keys. They arent colorfull but I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Just got back from my first trip to Maui. Went snorkeling in Napili Bay and Kapulua Bay. Never thought of checking out the tide pools. Very cool!
