Zoa problem double whammy

Three weeks ago I moved houses and relocated my tank, a small 40g mixed reef with several thriving zoa colonies that had multiplied in size many times over. At the time of the move I placed all the zoas in one large bin for transport, many of them were spread across multiple rocks so I transported them in large portions so they would not be ripped apart. After setting in the storage bin for a little over a day I was able to set the system back up. At first everything looked ok, but several large colonies were struggling to get 50% open, others responded well enough. About a week into the move I noticed the things were going downhill. Several colonies that had responded well after the move started to have small patches closed, and this has worsened to now be greater than 75% closed.

Now the kick in the butt. In all the hectic times of moving and a preplanned trip away for several days, I was not able to observe the tank as closely as I normally do (I am not normally a maintenance slouch btw). When I was finally able to take a weekend to look closely I discovered 2 things 1) Zoa Pox 2)Zoa Spiders. This has devastated me and my system. The one loose colony I was able to pull out had over 40 spiders on it, some large, most very tiny. I was able to stun them with a strong bath in revive for 10 minutes, but I don't know if it was killing them or not. This treatment was on Saturday evening, Sunday the colony looked just as bad, 100% closed up. slowly the pox is spreading to all colonies, and I have spotted zoa spiders on other colonies.

So, the question is: Where do I go from here? PBITAWA or is there a way to treat this in tank? I hate the thought of hacking out all my zoas, but if they are doomed then I guess I will do what I have to do. I am hoping somebody else has combated this combo before and would have some advice to give.

Here is the original thread from my club section where I was first trying to get ideas and an ID on the (now known to be) zoa spiders:
