For months I couldn't figure out why just my zoas have closed not all though the bright greens seem immune. All my other corals seem fine. I've done FW dips, iodine dips, no predators found even ran carbon all water parameters are in check. So I added a poly filter for the heck of it which almost turned a dark brown after a few days which indicates Tannins/Humic acid so what is this and what produces this acid? Most of my zoas have started to open back up. What other things can I do to help?
