What are the optimal water parameters for a zoa tank?

Essentially the same as any reef tank. They are more forgiving for higher nutrients though

I have all kinds of sps lps nems mushrooms; however zoas and palys always melt away. I am of the opinion that there is something beyond standard parameters to keep these.

Hey Risin, how's that digi look in your tank?

I find that too low on the phosphates tend to melt zoas faster than anything else.

I agree on the phosphates. I used to have great luck with Zoas of any kind and then I started to get GHA. During the process of getting rid of the GHA, I brought the nutrients too low and this caused some issues with the Zoas. I have now found the middle ground with them and they are happy and I have no GHA, but it was hard getting here.

Hey Risin, how's that digi look in your tank?

Still Acclimating to the light, but the tips are bright purple. Looking forward to throwing it under some intense light to see if the base and polyps lighten up.
