I had my sons 33 gallon crash all the fish died (ich) so I drained it yesterday and I removed three corals, the zoa's are plain brownish with green I think has the red bubble algae on it they are on there very securely I will be sitting up a 40 gallon breeder in it place. I killing the algae with hydrogen peroxide and then letting the rock dry out.
I am thinking about just pulling the zoa and letting it die and throw it away but i have heard that they are dangerous is there a safe way to disposing of them? they are in a quarantine tank now and the lighting is not sufficient. thanks in advance
