Zoanthid coloration, Whats the story?

Hi, in your opinion what makes a zoanthids "brown". I have a few colonies that just are not as bright as they used to be.

I have a mixed reef and keep my water very clean for the sps. Im runing 54 x 4 T5 bulbs.

Could there be too much light on the zoos? Causing them to brown? The sps looks great.

what type of bulbs do you have? Imo too much light can make zoas white, but not brown.

agree with twon and what type are they? Some require uber high light some dont

how old r ur bulb's and what nutrient r u dosing, if any?
