The stalk on some of my zoanthids is white vs. the normal healthy purple I take it and I was just wondering if the zoanthid will still be able to reproduce and grow into a colony or if it will slowly die off? It is completely open and looks healthy except for the white tissue. Thanks. I will attempt pictures if needed but my camera is not the greatest.

Here is the best that I can do. It of course is the "susceptible to melting" Darth Maul polyp and besides having a white stalk, isopods crawl all over it and the mouth looks pretty small.
