this is pretty impressive impressive results, i might start blasting my zoas too

I wonder why the daily 10 gallon water changes though. I would guess doing that would eliminate dosing but that would be a task for sure.

I have lost a colony in the past and now have one that was almost doubling in size every 5 days to almost totally closed within a week of first signs.

I blasted them tonight, fed them, and added replenish along with a few drops of iodine as it measured a tad low but was first time I tested for it.

I have not read this whole thread. Just the last page. Just a precursor. Zoas come from different areas of the world. First off, read the scientific data relating to the animal. Find out where it's from. that won't take long. Simulate those conditions. There all pretty, there all colorful, but there not all the same. Just sayin...

great advice. by dipping do you mean freshwater dip? if not, what do you use?

If you were asking me about the Lugol's dipping I've posted, I use fresh water or tank water.
Normally for new zoas I use fresh water for the dips.
