So i started my tank in December and have had some pretty great success with most of my corals and then out of nowhere some of them will take a turn for the worst. I have many healthy and growing frags and a few that started out fine and now are not doing so well.
these are Green People eaters. i got them with 3 polyps, a new one grew since i had them and then out of nowhere they closed up and had this brown rim around them. I've tried multiple dips of coral Rx and have had no success, and one lugols dip and didn't see much improvement either. if anyone can tell me anything about this or has experienced this themselves any info is greatly appreciated.
here they are a couple weeks after i got them, you can't see it very well but the fourth polyp has sprouted but its hidden under one of the originals

they have been closed up for multiple weeks now and look like this, you can see the brown rim I'm talking about in this picture

the other frag i am having problems with is a blue/salted agave frag. I'm not having the same problem with these that i am with the green people eaters. i think the agaves are developing zoapox but I'm not sure.
here they are when i got them

here they are after a month or two

and here are the agaves now. these were taken right after a dip in coral Rx which seemed to help them a little bit but that blob on one of the polyps has been getting bigger. the polyp with the blob on it still opens up even with it on there.

i would really appreciate any info if anyone thinks they know what is wrong with either of these frags but even if not, heres where the show off part of the thread starts. pics are the best i can do with my iPhone so the corals don't look quite as good as they do in person but it does the job
