Zoanthid removal

So I have some nice polyps that showed up in some rock rubble stuff I bought, they're on a huge empty shell. Wedged them nicely in a spot I liked and a couple weeks ago they went mobile... seems a hermit somehow crawled in between the rock and took up residence in their shell. LOL... It's cool watching them traverse all over the tank for a couple weeks but I'm a bit concerned that hermit will eventually discard the shell behind the rocks and my hitchhiker zoa's will be lost. Thought about superglueing the shell to a rock and scatter some new hermit homes around it to encourage him to move out but there's also another unwanted polyp on that shell so might be a better option to peel them off. There's only two polyps so want to be careful.

Too long didn't read:
Can they be peeled off the shell without harm?

They are probably kind of worthless zoas but you can use a razor blade to cut the bottom off like you are fragging then glue to frag plug. But you probably can find nicer looking ones for cheap with names

Thanks guys, sorry I didn't update but then the thread was like 3 weeks old with the replies so not entirely my fault. :)

So I simply used a butter knife and kept working the edge until it came up then peeled up with it and super glued them onto a rock. It only took a few hours until they opened up so didn't seem to stress them out too much.
