I have so zoos that are slowly disappearing I really don't know why. What can cause this?

I would provide more detail but right now i'm beat and not up to testing everything. I do have some tiny snails in my tank that I just noticed not too long ago and they are about a few centimeters in size. I wish I could provide more info. My star polps are doing great along with my ricordia.
