Thought I'd post up some pics of my tank. The dimensions are 40" length x 24" wide x 20" high. I have about 88lbs of rock in the display and smaller rock pieces in the sump but I'm not sure how much.

The skimmer is a Deltec ap850 overskimming yes but I got it for a good deal second hand so just put it with future upgrades in mind. The return is a Ehiem 1260 which I have T'd off to feed the skimmer as well. The flow apart from the Ehiem 1260 is a Tunze 6105 on a single controller its not turned up to full and there is quite abit of flow in there but am still thinking of getting a Vortech 40w as well or just sell the Tunze and have just the vortech. The lighting is 8 x 39w T5's all on individual reflectors. For the T5's I have 2 x Fiji Purples and 2 x 11k Solarmax and 4 x Actinic Solarmax, the Solarmax tubes came with the lights and I am waiting for my ATI tubes to Arrive along with my Tunze ATO at the end of this month. Thats all for now and time for some pics.

The ATI tubes I have ordered are 5 x ATI Blus Plus and 3 x ATI Aquablue Special. I ordered a few extra Blus Plus's to play around with so not sure of the combo I'll use once I get them.

Nice tank. but i think you need more flows. why you didnt cover the overflow box with acrylic?

Acrylic Here in New Zealand is very expensive if you can find it otherwise I would have made it black.

Weird that the air intake on that skimmer isnt open 100%..... Nice tank.

Jflip- I think you can fine tune it that way.

Well since everyone always wants MORE AIR, Id imagine the fine tuning would be done with water levels. Im far from a skimmer expert, though.

I haven't opened it full cause I've been told that with Deltecs you only open it to a 2 O'clock direction and then I have adjusted it with the water level. Thanks.
