Zoas closed up for a couple days, and now appear to be slightly green?!

Hi. I have a small to medium colony of zoas or palys, and for a couple days they were closed up. I was not sure why, but I think my sally lightfoot might have walked on them a little bit or something and disturbed them. They have begun to open up after several days, and, to me, they seem to have become slightly green where they once were a lightish brown color I think. Any reason why this might have happened? Please answer this question which is probably a little more important to me: After these opened some, another small area of the colony closed, and isn't as open as it had been, so would there be any reasons for this? Water parameters for the zoas or palys are acceptable. It may have just been a disturbance. Any ideas? Thank you in advance for answers!:spin2:

Thanks! I think my sally lightfoot might be a contributor to them closing up, and maybe it's just because they closed up to cleanse themselves externally like the thing said, because the others ended up opening fine, and now are healthy and healthy looking.
