zoas stretching

some of my zoas stems seem longer than normal.......are they trying to get more light? i have a 24w 50/50 pc on my 5g. should i upgrade? i have others thats been in there longer and they look normal. ill try to post pics when i get home. any help appreciated. Thanks!

A lot of times its either you dont have enough light or flow. But some times its just the zoa. Try messing around with placement and see if it helps.

Are they new zoos or did they randomly start doing this?

there newer ones i got about a month ago. just noticed it couple days ago.
