Zoas won't open. (pic)

Hey gang!

I got some great zoas last sunday and everything looks great except one small batch that has never opened. (in the middle next to the orange and green guys.)

Anyone know why this could be or what I could do to help the problem? I glued them to the rockwork just like their friends to the right. I have heard that glue could irritate them, so perhaps this is it?
