:lmao:

Seriously, go on zoaid.com, they're already listed. Probably "eye of Rah".

Remember, zoaid is just a tool for quick color identification and fun. Not to be used as a marketing tool.;)

Not trying to be rude, but why do they need a name? If you really think they need a name just make up one you like. That's the same exact thing people on zoaid did.

Ciro, goto the website and e-mail us a pic.
Peter is right. These are all made up names. The concept is for quick identification and fun.
There's also a lot of helpful information at zoaid as well.;)

Yes, most zoanthids will change color over time. Usually will get more colorful in a healthy tank. The change usually takes some time (months).

My guess is that even though they may not look exactly like the eye of rah zoas, there is a good chance that they are a morph of that coral. Or will color up to look like that over time.

Honestly though, can you get a better picture? Get in close, keep the camera steady and then crop the picture with an editing program (photoshop)?

Thanks

i know ill try i promis. and it has been in my tank for about 2 days now but it was in a previous tank for about a month or so. and it hasnt changed.

OK, if you want, you can go to zoaid and go through the submission process. I will warn you though, you'll have to get a better picture first.;)

Give them time, you'll be surprised what 3-6 months can do.

Yup, I agree... Eye of Rah, or closest to it..

As mentioned, it's just a NAME... it doesn't do anything for you... they are whatever you want them to be..

LOL. but now i oticed that it has a dual skirt and the top skirt is yellow but the bottom one is green. i still cant get any good pix yet. sorry.i agree that it looks like the eye of rah but now im just confused.

Listen, it is not unusual for a zoathid from the same colony/strain to look differently in other tanks.
They're nice, share the wealth!;)
