So I got a awsome 10-15 polyp frag from Mutts and Butts. They have a small tank with mushrooms, buttons and other small frags for around $10.
The polyps were an awsome green; all polyps opened right away when I put it in my tank on the sand. So about 5 days later I took it out and glued it to a bigger rock. It was out of the tank about 10 minutes. I put it in and they seemed ok. The next day 4 of the polyps expelled some zoolanthe (sp.). They are now higher up in the tank so I am guessing they got stressed due being out of water and locations change. I actually saw it come out, and they stayed semi closed for a couple of days after.
They are finally open but they are brown compared to the other polyps which are at the same height. Will they get their color back?
