Zoo's are depleting!!!

My Zoo's have been doing great for a few months. All of a sudden, they are starting to disappear...i did switch to the Vega color lighting system and have my white's at 50% and the blue's at 80%. The zoo's are about 18 1/2 inches below the light and have adequate water flow. Should I move them lower? Do they like more water flow or less? I've attached a before and after shot to show you what I've got going. The first picture is completely covered with zoo's, the second shows that they've really started disappearing....help!!

My levels are the following:
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
Amm 0
PH - 8.0
Calcium 560
Alk 2.6
Salinity 1.024

Could be light shock, for LED it is highly advise to increase the LED slowly to prevent overshock to bright light.

Yep did you go to the lowest setting on the new led's then slowly ramp them up notches at at time to give said corals time to acclimate to the new lighting?

I actually moved the z's to the bottom of the tank and they've started to come back. I have a peppermint shrimp, lawnmower blenny, bristletooth tomini tang and a fairy wrasse. I've been watching a few times at night to see if i can catch anyone and haven't seen anyone feeding on them.

give them time at the bottom sligthly away directly under your lights, when they start to open, leave them be for a bit give a week or 2 to let them acclimate then as they show more and more happiness, then you can start to slowly move them to desired location.

I had this exact same thing happen when I brought a zoo rock from a low(er) light environment into my LED tank... I turned my LEDS down, but it's still a shock for them. Put them under and overhang and hope they stabilize. mine did.
