Zoo's staying closed up?

I recently set up a sump and refuge with my tank. In doing so I battled micro bubbles and a sand storm. Ever since then my zoos have stayed closed up. Its been over a week now and they have not fully opened at all. Recently they have begun to "start" to open where you can just start to see the little skirts trying to come out. Do you guys think I just have to keep waiting or is there something I can do.

I would just wait. It sometimes takes mine a little while to open after fragging or tampering with. You might move them to a low flow, lower light region of the tank.

Check your tank paramenters, a sand storm might have caused your amonia and nitrates to rise, water changes might also be good...help that helps a bit.
