A simple solution is to run a pipe outside and feed your skimmer outside air. If you wish to use aeration, use an inline pump with outside air.
Aeration with co2 dense air from inside the house will not change the co2 concentration in the tank. All aeration does is greatly increase the surface area for gas exchange. If the air inside the bubbles is the same air as over the tank you get the same gas concentrations in the water.
